About the Founder

The Neurokind Hub CIC was created by Louise Cuddington, a local neurodivergent resident and community organiser dedicated to building safe, affirming spaces for adults and families in Evesham.

Her background includes:  

- Level 3 Safeguarding (including British Values & Prevent)  

- Level 3 Understanding Autism  

- Working towards Level 3 Mental Health  

- First Aid trained  

- Lived experience and years of peer‑support facilitation  

- A strong track record in accessibility, inclusive design, and community building

Louise founded The Neurokind Hub to make sure no one has to navigate neurodivergence alone — and to create a space where people can show up exactly as they are.
